We want you to be happy with FlowSight. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your first subscription payment on any plan.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Email us at hello@flowsight.app and we will help you.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page inside the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. If a renewal was charged unexpectedly, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date and we will review the request in line with this policy.
